Hi Fellow Alley Pond Striders and Friends:

I have decided that, in running in this year's NYC Half Marathon coming up next Sunday, March 19th, I want to raise awareness by volunteering to raise funds for the The Queens Center for Progress - QCP.

I have volunteered our amateur radio communications efforts to QCP for decades, stretching all the way back to 1973, when they were part of United Cerebral Palsy.They do wonderful work and now I want to bring further awareness to QCP.
